Representation of objecting alternative purchaser group in the sale of St. Vincent's Hospital's Manhattan Campus

Yesterday, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York approved the sale of the Manhattan campus of St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Centers to the Rudin real estate family and the North Shore-LIJ Health System.

We represented an alternative purchaser group (comprised of former New York City Councilmember Alan J. Gerson, attorney Dudley Gaffin and Dr. Robert Adelman) that objected to the sale. Please read articles about the sale in the Washington Square Journal and Crain's New York Business.
